Type locality: Kamankundju River, Sakeji, Congo Rd, Ikelenge, Mwinilunga, Zambia

Diagnosis

Only male specimen known appears similar to P. meruensis and P. waterstoni by (a) Pt 2.5-3.5 mm, under 8% of Hw length; (b) membranule grey, almost without white at base; (c) anal triangle of 2 cells, although occasionally 3; (d) genital lobe triangular and curved, apex pointed and twisted downwards. However, differs by (1) being restricted to NW Zambia; (2) stem of black mark on frons only swollen somewhat, with surrounding indistinctly paler, i.e. not like bull’s-eye; (3) genital lobe long and strongly curved. Habitat description

Not known, but probably streams shaded by gallery forest. Probably especially faster sections with overhanging branches, dead trunks or branches and/or rocks. Inferred to occur around 1200 and 1400 m above sea level.
